This compact mounding New England Aster enjoys full sun and evenly moist soil conditions. Purple Dome blooms profusely with purple flowers putting on a spectacular fall show at a manageable height for smaller garden spaces. Asters are an important late season source of pollen and nectar as well as being excellent larval hosts to many butterflies and moths.
