RED CEDAR

This Native evergreen tree performs well in a wide variety of soils. It grows slowly into a narrow, upright tree. Juniperus species have Very High Wildlife Value. It is a host plant for the Olive Hairstreak among others. It provides excellent shelter and food for many species of birds and small mammals.
