WOODLAND STONECROP

Description

WOODLAND STONECROP

Woodland Stonecrop, unlike their other Sedum cousins, are happy to grow in shaded locations. The fleshy, evergreen foliage is arranged in whorls along the stems, creating a mandala like pattern that draws the eye. White flowers in spring light up the ground. Sedum ternatum is larval host to the Common Buckeye and Brown Elfin.
