Description
GROUNDNUT
This vigorous climbing vine is best known for it’s edible seeds and tubers. The root can be prepared similarly to a potato and contains three times the protein as a potato. This plant is also an important food source for many other animals including as a larval host for the Silver-Spotted Skipper.
