PAWPAW ‘MANGO’
This small Native tree is prized for its large edible fruit. Relished by many animals, with a banana-custard like flavor, they are a good source of Vitamins A and C. The Pawpaw is a larval host for the Zebra Swallowtail and Pawpaw Sphinx. It has a unique tropical appearance and makes a good specimen as well as an understory tree.’Mango’ is valued as a vigorous grower, bearing large tasty fruit as a young tree. Fruit ripens late in season.
