SOCIAL SEDGE

Social sedge spreads to form colonies in part to full shade situations. Naturally occurring in moist conditions, this native sedge is adapted for early seasonal wet soils that may dry out in summer. The semi evergreen foliage is fine textured and lovely to behold. Carex socialis provides erosion control and cover for wildlife.
