Description
This native blooming vine is a vigorous grower with showy, fragrant, white flowers. Clematis virginiana can spread by suckering and self seeding. Given support the vine will climb. Without it, sprawling tangling ground covering is likely. The generous foliage growth provides cover and nesting place for songbirds.
