RED TWIG DOGWOOD

Description

RED TWIG DOGWOOD

This shrub Dogwood has a wide soil tolerance, thriving especially in moist to wet conditions. Cornus sericea is loved for the bright red stems in winter, wonderful in contrast to snow and evergreen shrubs. The brightest red occurs on new growth so many gardeners prune away older stems to encourage showiest color. Larval host to 124
