Description
Flame Azalea burns bright when her flowers of orange hue are blooming in late spring. Preferring even moisture, not too wet and not too dry, this native azalea likes partial shade. A nectar resource for butterflies, pollinators, and hummingbirds, Rhododendron calendulaceum can support the larva of 53 species of butterflies and moths.
