ELDERBERRY

This Native shrub tolerates a wide range of conditions. It has a lovely early Summer flower display followed by large clusters of edible black fruits, suitable for juice, wine, pie and preserves. Many bird and mammal species also relish the fruit. The flowers attract many pollinators and the plants offer good shelter.
