Description

This native clump forming grass grows in a wide range of soil conditions in full sun. The fine leaf blades form arching mounds that turn golden in fall. Airy pink brown flower panicles rise up above the foliage in late summer. Prairie Dropseed makes a great groundcover for hot dry areas and is beautiful as an accent in the garden.
