Description
UPLAND IRONWEED
This Native Ironweed is a little shorter and will tolerate much dryer soils than its cousin, New York Ironweed. Pollinators and Butterflies flock to the showy Summer blooms. It makes a great background plant in the perennial garden. This plant has traditionally been used for medicinal purposes.
